Once leaders and sponsors are aligned, scale learning outward with role-based enablement and reinforcement so momentum continues past the initial energy. Before going wide, make sure clear security and licence policies are in place so employees know which tools are approved, what data is safe to use, and how the rules apply to their day-to-day work.
