What IT leaders ask us

Straight answers to the questions that decide an AI rollout.

How do you drive Copilot adoption across a large enterprise?

We start with the work, not the feature list. Change Champions Consulting maps the roles, tasks, and moments where Copilot saves real time, then runs role-based enablement, hands-on Prompt-a-Thons, and a champion network that carries momentum after launch. Communications, coaching, and reinforcement run on a cadence so usage becomes habit rather than a launch spike.

Why do Copilot and AI rollouts stall?

Licences get assigned, an announcement goes out, and nothing changes in how people actually work. Rollouts stall when there is no role-relevant use case, no reinforcement after week one, unclear rules about what is allowed, and no owner watching usage data. We treat each of those as a change management problem with a defined plan and owner.

How do you keep AI use secure and governed?

We build enablement inside your existing guardrails. That means agreeing connector by connector what is enabled at launch, aligning training with your acceptable use and data handling policies, and making policy completion part of getting access. Our human risk work then reinforces safe behaviour so security and adoption move in the same direction.

How do you measure AI adoption ROI?

We agree the measures before launch: active use by role, depth of use, time saved as reported by the people doing the work, and progress against the business outcomes the rollout was funded to deliver. Reporting runs on a regular cadence so you can show leadership what changed and where to invest next.

Can you work alongside our IT team without adding load?

Yes. We plug into your project team and take on the adoption workstream: communications, training, champion enablement, and reporting. Your IT and security teams stay focused on the platform while we handle the people side, with programs live in as little as two weeks.

AI adoption consulting FAQ

Don't see your question? Contact us.

What does an AI adoption consultant actually do?

An AI adoption consultant makes sure the people side of an AI rollout works. We define the use cases worth adopting, prepare leaders and champions, deliver role-based enablement, and measure usage so the investment turns into everyday practice rather than unused licences.

Which platforms do you support?

We focus on Microsoft 365 and Copilot, including Copilot Chat, and support enterprise AI adoption more broadly where organizations are also using other assistants. We also run security awareness and human risk programs alongside AI enablement.

How quickly can a program start?

Programs can be live in as little as two weeks. A discovery call establishes scope and readiness, then we agree the measures, the audience, and the cadence before the first enablement session runs.

Do you work with regulated and public sector organizations?

Yes. We work with Crown Corporations and complex enterprises across North America, and we design enablement to fit existing governance, procurement, and security requirements rather than working around them.

What happens after the program ends?

We hand over a repeatable practice: champion network, reusable enablement materials, reinforcement cadence, and reporting. The goal is that your team can run the next rollout without depending on us.
