Change Champions helps organizations get real value from AI. We work with large enterprise and public sector clients across Canada and the US, helping them adopt Microsoft 365 Copilot, Amazon Quick, Claude and other AI tools. Our work combines training, workshops, Champions programs, communications and change management, and we measure the results. We're a small team, so every person here has a direct impact on our clients and our reputation.
You'll own client AI adoption programs from kickoff to impact report. You'll be the person our clients rely on: leading the relationship, delivering the training, holding everyone accountable to the plan and making sure the program delivers. You'll work with an Associate Consultant who supports platform administration and coordination, so your time goes where it matters most.
In a typical week you might run a Copilot Excel workshop for a finance team, facilitate a Champions community session, lead a weekly client sync, write a campaign for Viva Engage and email, and review 90 days of usage data with a client sponsor.
What you'll do
Lead client programs
Own the client relationship and keep sponsors confident, informed and accountable
Lead weekly touchpoints and send same day recaps with decisions, actions and owners
Run discovery and stakeholder interviews to shape content around real work
Track scope and hours against the SOW and flag risks or changes early
Manage several client programs at once without dropping details
Design and deliver training
Facilitate workshops, webinars and hands on labs for executives, managers, Champions and end users
Tailor sessions for specific roles such as finance, sales, operations and executive assistants
Build the materials behind each session: decks, prompt libraries, demo datasets and quick reference guides
Build working demo agents so participants practice on realistic examples
Deliver sessions virtually, including occasional early or evening sessions for global audiences
Drive adoption
Plan and facilitate Champions programs, including kickoffs, challenges, showcases and monthly community sessions
Write communications for Teams, Viva Engage, email and intranet channels
Plan learning paths in BrainStorm and direct the Associate Consultant on assignments and campaigns
Support governance work such as tool guidance, access processes and enablement matrices
Measure and report impact
Design pre and post session surveys and analyze the results
Analyze usage trends to spot growth, inactive licenses and potential Champions
Prepare impact reports and executive readouts that show results and next steps
What success looks like
Client sponsors describe you as prepared, reliable and easy to work with
Workshops get strong feedback and lead to measurable changes in usage
Every client meeting ends with clear decisions and follow up goes out the same day
Programs stay within the agreed scope and hours
You see what needs to happen next and do it without being asked
Who you are
You're a seasoned facilitator who is passionate about adult education and lasting behavior change, and you're just as comfortable discussing business outcomes with an executive sponsor as you are running a hands on lab. You connect AI adoption to what the client actually cares about: productivity, cost, risk and results.

5+ years in communications, training, learning and development, change management, consulting or business roles

Confident facilitator with executives, technical teams and large virtual audiences
A track record of leading several client engagements at once
Excellent business writing for communications, guides and executive summaries
Hands on experience with at least one enterprise AI tool, such as Microsoft 365 Copilot, ChatGPT Enterprise, Claude or Amazon Quick
Comfort working with data in Excel and turning it into clear insights
Experience in a client facing or professional services role
Nice to have
An MBA or other business degree
Prosci or other change management certification

Three weeks of paid vacation from day one
Extended health benefits
Fully remote
Direct access to the CEO and real influence on how we deliver

How to apply
We love AI and want you to use it in your work. For this application, we want your own words and real examples. Send your resume with a short note about a workshop or adoption program you led: who the audience was, what you built, and what behavior changed afterward.
