What the scorecard measures
Most Copilot readiness checks look at your tenant: licensing, permissions and data. This one looks at your people, because that is where most rollouts stall. Questions are grouped by the five ADKAR stages, four questions each.

How long does the Microsoft Copilot Adoption Scorecard take?
About 10 minutes. There are 20 short multiple choice questions, four for each ADKAR stage, and you can answer "Not sure" to most of them.
Do I need admin access or usage reports?
No. The questions are answerable from what you know about your rollout. If you are not sure about usage numbers, your report shows that as a first step.
Is the scorecard free?
Yes. Your score and ADKAR breakdown appear on screen with no email. If you want the personalized 90 day plan, we email it to you, so we ask for your work email.
What is ADKAR?
ADKAR is the PROSCI model of individual change: Awareness, Desire, Knowledge, Ability and Reinforcement. Adoption stalls at the first stage that is weak, which is why the scorecard shows your stuck point.
Is this a Copilot readiness assessment?
It is an adoption assessment. Technical readiness checks review licensing and data. This scorecard reviews whether people are actually changing how they work.
What happens to my answers?
We use them to build your report and, in anonymized form, to create benchmarks. We never share individual answers.
